Find it: Settings → Advanced → Reading Check
Show step-by-step instructions
- Note the document, location, and problem.
- Open Reading Check from Advanced.
- If export is available, review it first.
- Use your approved support contact.
Report missing words or the wrong reading order
Note the page and expected result.

Example of a reproducible issue
- Document

- Page 2, second paragraph
- Expected
- Finish the left column before the right.
- Heard
- Moved to the right column after the first sentence.
- Repeat
- Open page 2 and tap the first word of that paragraph.
Find it: Website Support → report builder

- Compare expected and heard text.
- Write your report in Support.
- Send it to Support by email.
A setting appears to have no effect
Change one setting, then retest.
