NovaDigiSoft LLC operates this website. This notice covers website browsing, audio samples, and support email. NovaReader is in development; its app privacy notice must be available before distribution.
Hosting and access
Cloudflare Pages hosts this website. Cloudflare processes connection and request information, such as IP address, browser details, requested URLs, and timestamps, to deliver and protect the site. Restricted staging uses Cloudflare Access, which processes sign-in identity and uses essential authentication cookies.
Support messages
The support form creates an email draft addressed only to [email protected]. It does not submit messages to a website server. Your email app sends the message after you review it and press Send. We receive your email address, message, and any information you choose to include, and use them to respond and troubleshoot. Please omit patient information, passwords, and other sensitive material.
Storage and retention
Website code does not save support drafts in cookies or browser storage. Your browser or email provider may retain drafts. Clear the form on a shared device. Support correspondence is retained as needed to resolve the request and meet applicable obligations; contact us to request deletion. Hosting and identity providers manage their own service and security records under their policies.
Audio, analytics, and sharing
Audio and images are served as website files. Audio starts after you choose a sample or comparison control. The site does not request microphone, camera, or document access. Website code includes no advertising pixels, marketing analytics, third-party fonts, or social embeds. We do not sell support correspondence or use it for advertising. Providers process information needed to deliver hosting, security, and email services.
Your choices
You may browse without writing to Support. Restricted staging requires authorized sign-in. Email [email protected] for access, correction, or deletion requests relating to correspondence we hold. You can clear browser data and manage cookies in your browser; disabling essential cookies may prevent staging access.
Children
This website provides general product information. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through it. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact Support so we can address it.
